Embeds allowing bloggers to easily embed videos from Distrify. Just go to any Distrify film page or player and copy the URL. Paste that URL in any WordPress blog and it will automatically be converted to an embedded Distrify player. If you are logged in to distrify.com it will automatically add your affiliate tracking code to your embeds. Make sure you turn on Auto-embeds in your WP settings and also make sure that the URL is on its own line and not hyperlinked (clickable when viewing the post). The plugin also extracts the still image from the film and saves it as the Featured Image for the post. This actually works for any Embed (not just Distrify) that you embed into your WordPress blog. Have you ever been assaulted by a song? I mean literally taken out back and given a thorough ass kickin’? Well, if not you’re listening to the wrong music. Chicago’s Loyal Divide carries brass knuckles and is not just a shit-talker, these guys can actually back up every boast they utter, sonically speaking that is. Not that they’re a bunch of self-aggrandizing thugs, not at all. Listen to their single “Vision Vision” and you’ll understand my enthusiasm. Right away the liquid nitrogen beats freeze the blood in your veins, and the vocals of Adam Johnson are equally frosty. And although all the accoutrements of the typical electro outfit are present and accounted for there is so much more to these guys. I won’t brow beat you over the head, just check out the video for “Vision Vision” taken from their debut LP Bodice Ripper via Kilo Records. The visuals are arresting, and like a deer caught in the headlights you won’t look away. Peace.
