Embeds allowing bloggers to easily embed videos from Distrify. Just go to any Distrify film page or player and copy the URL. Paste that URL in any WordPress blog and it will automatically be converted to an embedded Distrify player. If you are logged in to distrify.com it will automatically add your affiliate tracking code to your embeds. Make sure you turn on Auto-embeds in your WP settings and also make sure that the URL is on its own line and not hyperlinked (clickable when viewing the post). The plugin also extracts the still image from the film and saves it as the Featured Image for the post. This actually works for any Embed (not just Distrify) that you embed into your WordPress blog. There is a whole heap of hustle in the post/punk/pop groove wave that is Brooklyn-based band Beast Make Bomb, and it’s all good. Good like “good weed” or “good porn,” are ya feelin me now? Firstly, I am so tangled up in lead song-spitter Ceci G‘s (G = Gomez) vocals (and tangled up in her voice is where I’d like to stay), think crystalline shards of lightning stitched through with mellifluous rant. And then there is the frenetic free-range guitar courtesy of Ms. Glenn VanDyke (Ms. Gomez throws in some mean guitar rabbit-punches too).  Mr. Hartley Lewis wails majestically on the skins (and looks like a wildish warrior warlock while doing it), meanwhile Sam Goldfine channels beauteous testosterone laden low-register sonics on the bass. The bands kaleidoscopic patchwork of sound does the body good.  In that, once the music of BMB is cranked way up to 11, you better toss all your earthly worries to the wind and just rock the fuck out!  Check out my favorite, “Zombie Song,” it’s the last track on the BMB‘s mini-LP Skinny Legs. And for good measure, and because the music is so devilishly good, I’ve also throw in the band’s latest Sourpuss EP. Love it and it’ll love you right back, promise. Peace.
