Embeds allowing bloggers to easily embed videos from Distrify. Just go to any Distrify film page or player and copy the URL. Paste that URL in any WordPress blog and it will automatically be converted to an embedded Distrify player. If you are logged in to distrify.com it will automatically add your affiliate tracking code to your embeds. Make sure you turn on Auto-embeds in your WP settings and also make sure that the URL is on its own line and not hyperlinked (clickable when viewing the post). The plugin also extracts the still image from the film and saves it as the Featured Image for the post. This actually works for any Embed (not just Distrify) that you embed into your WordPress blog. other people | just friends | don’t tell me

Saying Nicolas Jaar wears many hats is a given. It’s like saying Mr. Shakespeare was pretty adept with a quill and a ink well. But it more than evident that he consistently rises to the realm of the splendiferous in relation to stunning resonating sound waves.

Other People is the collaborative project between Nicolas Jaar and Sasha Speilberg (Cate Capshaw + Steven Speilberg = Sasha). Regardless of her parentage, she is quite the talented noisemaker.

nicolas jaar // john the revelator

Often enough house music is too formulaic and predictable. Not so with Nicolas Jaar, and for that reason alone he is worth listening to. Mr. Jaar isn’t afraid to push the envelope and infuse his style of house music with various world influences. John the Revelator isn’t for the typical house music purist, whatever the hell that means. But it is for anyone who doesn’t like their music pre-packaged and over processed.
