Embeds allowing bloggers to easily embed videos from Distrify. Just go to any Distrify film page or player and copy the URL. Paste that URL in any WordPress blog and it will automatically be converted to an embedded Distrify player. If you are logged in to distrify.com it will automatically add your affiliate tracking code to your embeds. Make sure you turn on Auto-embeds in your WP settings and also make sure that the URL is on its own line and not hyperlinked (clickable when viewing the post). The plugin also extracts the still image from the film and saves it as the Featured Image for the post. This actually works for any Embed (not just Distrify) that you embed into your WordPress blog. The artist Autre Ne Veut (Arthur Ashin) is fast becoming quite the sensation in 2013 with his brand of forward motion R&B. His latest release, Anxiety, is the full-length follow up to Autre Ne Veut’s 2010 self-titled debut. And if the reviews for the album Anxiety are to believed this artist is here to stay, filling our collective ears with a disaccharides-laden falsetto and high quality production to spare. the indie folk band fossil collective released their latest the on & on ep. and you can get your very own copy on itunes. also, if you’re new to the band you can also check out the earlier ‘let it go‘ ep. peace.

Out of nowhere this band started following me on Twitter less than a day now. How they found my little corner of the universe is beyond me, but I am so glad these guys reached out to me. When I first started listening to the music I had no idea where they were from, but as I started listening to them I thought they sounded like the many great bands out of Portland or Seattle. Boy was I surprised when their Facebook fanpage revealed their locale as Leeds, UK! Just goes to show one mustn’t judge a bands longitude and latitude by their sound, it was a total (napkin please I’ve got a spot of egg on my face) moment. At any rate if you like bands like Blind Pilot, Fleet Foxes and Horsefeathers then my friend Fossil Collective just may be your cup of tea. By the way the band’s The Power of Love (Frankie Goes To Hollywood Cover) is totally gorgeous! Listening to it will make you an instant fan!
