Embeds allowing bloggers to easily embed videos from Distrify. Just go to any Distrify film page or player and copy the URL. Paste that URL in any WordPress blog and it will automatically be converted to an embedded Distrify player. If you are logged in to distrify.com it will automatically add your affiliate tracking code to your embeds. Make sure you turn on Auto-embeds in your WP settings and also make sure that the URL is on its own line and not hyperlinked (clickable when viewing the post). The plugin also extracts the still image from the film and saves it as the Featured Image for the post. This actually works for any Embed (not just Distrify) that you embed into your WordPress blog. The Fire Tonight have given birth to a fully functional and able bodied musical cyborg monstrosity known as the How Could Anyone REMIX This?!

And whilst donning such aural straight jacket worthy apparel one’s ears will sway and swoon as they’re drawn into the absolute hypnotic seduction of this incredible 5-track experiment into the depraved synapses of beautifully mad MAD men. Brilliant!

Here is what the band had to offer in regards to this spiraling sojourn into badassery, “Timothy Miller of Cursed Earth Corporation approached us many moons ago about doing a remix of Sunderland. Since we love collaborating and remixes, it was a no brainer. Tim began working on the song, and his passion for the material got us wanting to do remixes ourselves! Thus, this surprise remix EP!”

This writer is hoping and praying like a repentant politician (yet not wholly contrite) of Weinerlian or Spitzerlian (you pick) proportions that this becomes an annual “thing”. But alas who listens to moi? Peace.

P.S. My fav is the first track Sunderland (Cursed Earth Corporation Remix) it is epitome of what a remix should be, for it elevates without throwing a middle-finger in the face of the original.
