TEEN is a band manned with four future UN ambassadors for the of Island Fun! And while this may (or may not) be entirely a truism it rings as such. Teeny Lieberson and company have spun out (through not fault of their own) yet another wonderfully jollified diversion. The music this band puts out is multi-useful too. Say you’re one to worry about such mundane things as so-in-so liking you or the overdue mortgage. Well, this is the album you most assuredly need to drop the needle on muy pronto! And just so you know this album pairs incredibly well with a pint or two (ice cream or beer, your choice). The album Love Yes is out right this very moment via Carpark Records. Peace. Wolf Colony is one of those best kept secrets that’s hard not to share. WC isn’t widely known and that’s both okay and quite the conundrum. But as long as this anonymous NYC artist keeps meting out obscurely gorgeous sounds gems like Beauty and Brown Eyes then I’m good. If by chance you haven’t heard about the much ado about something that is the People’s Climate March going on today in NYC then allow me to pull your virtual shirttails.

What is the People’s Climate March? It is 100+ world leaders gathered in NYC. 2808 solidarity events in 166 countries. The largest climate march in history. Yes, that pretty much sums it up. But, it is also so much more. The success of today will only matter if we as individuals chose to have an impact and follow through with enduring and far reaching meaningful action. On a local and very personal level what can you do to guarantee change?
 

 
We know our environment: the ground beneath our collective feet and the air we breath are under assault. Our oceans and every other waterway are not up to snuff and are taking a beating. Melting ice caps, rising sea levels and wonky weather, all of these effects are propelled by and large negative human impact on the environment. We are at a very literal tipping point, whereas our actions and non-actions can either propel us into a better future or a very real and quality of life altering catastrophe. Tune in for life and let’s make a difference. Peace.
