Embeds allowing bloggers to easily embed videos from Distrify. Just go to any Distrify film page or player and copy the URL. Paste that URL in any WordPress blog and it will automatically be converted to an embedded Distrify player. If you are logged in to distrify.com it will automatically add your affiliate tracking code to your embeds. Make sure you turn on Auto-embeds in your WP settings and also make sure that the URL is on its own line and not hyperlinked (clickable when viewing the post). The plugin also extracts the still image from the film and saves it as the Featured Image for the post. This actually works for any Embed (not just Distrify) that you embed into your WordPress blog. they say, “the west coast is the best coast,” and while the jury may still be out on that one, it safe to say there are some great bands emerging from the sunshine state. and if you had your good ear to the ground this past summer you may have heard the buzz surrounding the five-piece venice beach-based band terraplane. they have a gritty bluesy-rock sound which penetrates your skull like a hollow-tip barreling out of a shot-gun fashioned by the likes of canned heat with traces of the allman brothers . musical references aside the quintet’s dave trumfio-produced (of wilco & my morning jacket fame) friends ep will drop this coming tuesday on october 16th. for now, sit back and listen to terraplanes’s 2nd single from the friends ep, “ya never know.” peace.
